and from November 1, 2007 through July 31st for Christmas Club. First Community

Community offers three different checking accounts:
1.
Prestige Club Checking
2.
eChecking
3. Regular Checking
Age 50 And
Older
The Prestige Club Checking is available to members age 50 and
older. This account features no monthly service charge and no minimum balance
and pays dividends (interest) if you maintain a $500 balance. Club members also
receive a number of free services. If you are 50 or older, your Columbia
Regional checking account will become a First Community Prestige Club Account on
August 1st.
Age 49 And Younger

Columbia Regional Checks
You
will be able to continue using your Columbia Regional checks after the merger
date. However, we encourage you to reorder First Community checks at your
earliest convenience. Any checks ordered on or after July 28th will be First
Community checks. Both credit unions use Liberty Check Printers so the same
styles, options and pricing should be available

Converting Trust to Custodial Accounts
On
July 1, a mailing will be sent to all IRA account holders that includes a
letter, a new IRA Custodial Agreement, a financial projection and a new
disclosure statement. You will need to provide the requested information at the
bottom of the letter, sign it and return it to the credit union. We recommend
that you keep the new agreement, financial projection and disclosure statement
with your other IRA documents.
The reason we need these new documents is
that Columbia Regional acts as an IRA trustee and First Community acts as an IRA
custodian. A trustee holds legal title to property "in trust" for the benefit of
another person. A custodian does not own or hold legal title to the property,
but "keeps" and "cares for" the property of the owner. We need to change the IRA
relationship from trustee to custodian.
